REIKI & SOUND
Reiki is a holistic healing practice that promotes overall well-being, reduces stress, and encourages the body's natural healing abilities. Singing Bowl Sound Therapy is based on the principles of frequency, vibration, and sound energy for rejuvenation on the cellular level. Together these two healing modalities are very powerful.
Each 90-minute session begins with a consultation and time for questions, aura and chakra clearing, followed by hands on reiki and sound therapy with singing bowls. As we conclude, you will have the opportunity to share any insights or ask questions, and pull an oracle card.

All sessions are trauma sensitive, you have the opportunity to choose no touch Reiki, stand alone Reiki or sound.
Please remember that while many people find Reiki to be beneficial, individual experiences can vary, and it may not be suitable for everyone.
